Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a sequel to the action game titled Spider-Man, released in 2018, which is a production of a slightly smaller caliber than its predecessor. Behind the development of this title are the authors of the original, the Insomniac Games studio.
The plot
The main character of the game Spider-Man: Miles Morales is the title teenager endowed with supernatural powers. The protagonist must take over the inheritance of Peter Parker, in whose absence he is supposed to take care of the safety of the residents of New York as the Spider-Man. Our protégé quickly finds himself in the middle of a war between a high-tech group of criminals and an energy corporation.
Gameplay
In Spider-Man: Miles Morales the action is shown from a third-person perspective (TPP). The authors put at our disposal the island of Manhattan, known from the first Spider-Man, which this time we can see in a winter setting. As before, we traverse the map, swinging on webs, running on walls and jumping between buildings.
The driving force of the game is the missions that push the story forward, and they are accompanied by numerous quests and side activities. An important role is played by dynamic clashes, during which Miles makes use not only of his own fists, but also uses a number of advanced gadgets, supports himself with a spider web and eliminates enemies with his unique bioelectric abilities. In addition, the game has no shortage of stealth sections requiring us to be discreet, sneak behind the backs of adversaries and neutralize them silently, as well as spectacular duels with bosses.
